The Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar, has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a SERB-sponsored research project. Project Title: Design and Fabrication of Photovoltaic/Thermal Hybrid Solar Tunnel Dryer for Value Addition to Underutilized Agro Produce of NER-India
Funding Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB-EEQ), Government of India
Principal Investigator: Dr. Rajesh Kondareddy, Assistant Professor, Department of Instrumentation Engineering, CIT Kokrajhar
Duration: Initial appointment for 1 year, extendable based on satisfactory performance till completion of the project.
Age Limit: As per SERB-DST norms (Relaxation as per Government of India rules)
Qualification:
Essential:
Candidates must have BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS/M.Sc in any of the following disciplines:
(a) Instrumentation Engineering
(b) Electrical & Electronics Engineering
(c) Mechanical Engineering
(d) Food Engineering & Technology
(e) Chemical Engineering
(f) Agriculture Engineering
(g) Renewable Energy Engineering/Energy Technology Or any other allied area From a recognized university/institute with first division or equivalent. GATE/NET qualification is mandatory.
Desirable: Good knowledge in project design and implementation.
