Educational Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
1. Minimum educational qualification is Class VIII (8th) Passed.
2. Candidate must possess a valid LMV Driving License.
3. Candidate must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for the State of Assam.
Age Limit:
• Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2026.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories.
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
Stage 1: Driving Test of 50 Marks
Stage 2: Interview/Viva-Voce of 50 Marks

• Educational qualification certificates

• Valid driving license
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
• Other necessary testimonials
• 3 copies of recent passport size photographs

(ii) Applications received after the last date may be rejected.

(iv) Eligible and rejected candidates lists will be uploaded on the official website of Dima Hasao District Judiciary.
(v) Date, time and venue of driving test/interview will also be published on the official website.
(vi) Providing false information in the application form may lead to cancellation of candidature and legal action.
(vii) No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
(viii) Canvassing in any form will lead to rejection of candidature.
