Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will receive pay in the scale of:
Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month
Grade Pay: Rs. 5,200/-
Other allowances as admissible under rules
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must:
(i) Pass HSLC examination
(ii) Possess a valid LMV Driving License issued by the competent authority
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01 January 2026
Age relaxation will be applicable as per existing Government rules.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
(ii) Candidates must have valid Employment Exchange Registration.
(iii) Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from employer.
(iv) Candidates must submit Declaration in Form-A under the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
Selection Process:
Eligible candidates will have to appear in:
• Skill Test
• Viva-Voce
The list of accepted and rejected candidates, along with skill test and viva schedule, will be uploaded on the official website of the district judiciary.

• Educational certificates

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Valid Driving License
• Experience certificate (if applicable)
