Overview of Available Positions:
The recruitment drive is looking to fill thirteen jobs. There are two types of jobs. These jobs are in the state of Assam. To apply for these jobs you need to be registered with the Employment Exchanges in Assam. The recruitment drive has a total of thirteen vacancies for the two job profiles, in Assam.1. Warehouse Manager Grade-II
Number of Vacancies: 10
Salary: ₹8,000–₹35,000 per month with a Grade Pay of ₹4,700.
Educational Qualifications: You need to have a degree from a university to apply. This degree can be in any subject.. The ASWC likes it when people have a degree in certain subjects. They prefer people who have a Bachelors degree in Science or Commerce. It is also good if you have studied Biology or Chemistry. If you have studied Economics that is good too. The ASWC will choose people with these subjects first. They like candidates with a Bachelors degree in Science or candidates with a Bachelors degree, in Commerce.
2. Technical Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 3
Salary: ₹5,200– ₹20,200 per month with a Grade Pay of ₹3,300.
Educational Qualifications: To apply for this job you need to have the education. You must have a degree in Science from a university that's well known. You also need to have studied either Biology or Chemistry as part of your Science degree. This is very important for the role of Science graduate. The Science degree, with Biology or Chemistry is the thing we are looking for in the Educational Qualifications of the candidates.
Common Eligibility Criteria:
1. Citizenship and Registration:
People who want to apply for this must be citizens of India as defined under the Constitution of India.
The candidates must also be registered with the Employment Exchanges in the State of Assam this is something that's absolutely necessary.
The Employment Exchanges, in the State of Assam should have the candidates registered with them.
2. Computer Proficiency and Skills:
The Warehouse Manager Grade-II and the Technical Assistant posts require people to have a Diploma or Certificate in Computer Proficiency. This Diploma or Certificate should be for least six months and it has to be, from a place that the Government says is okay.
For the Warehouse Manager Grade-II and the Technical Assistant posts people should also be able to talk in Assamese, Hindi and English.
3. Experience:
Experience in storage or warehouse operations is not necessary. It is really important, to the ASWC. The ASWC has said that they will definitely consider this experience when they are choosing people for these roles. The ASWC will give a lot of importance to experience in storage or warehouse operations when they are selecting people for these jobs.
Age Limit Details:
The age criteria are uniform for both positions:
Minimum Age: Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
The Maximum Age is 38 years. This is the age limit that is set for the Maximum Age. When we talk about the Maximum Age it is 38 years.
The date we use to calculate the age is January 1st, 2026. We will figure out how old someone is, as of this date January 1st, 2026.
Age Relaxation:
The Army Service Women Corps follows the rules made by the government for how old you can be to join. The Army Service Women Corps does this so that the Army Service Women Corps can give some people a little time to join.
For SC/ST Candidates the rules are a little different. SC/ST Candidates are allowed to be a bit older. To be specific SC/ST Candidates get a relaxation of 5 years. This means SC/ST Candidates have 5 years to apply than other people.
For OBC Candidates the rules are a little different. OBC Candidates are allowed to be a bit older. This means OBC Candidates get a relaxation of 3 years.
Note about age proof: The age of a candidate will be figured out by looking at the Matriculation or HSLC Admit Card or Certificate that is given by a recognized Board or Council. The age of the candidate will be determined by this document. No other document will be accepted as age proof, for the candidate.

Payment Method:
You need to pay the application fee by Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be made out to Assam State Warehousing Corporation. It has to be payable at Guwahati.You can get the Demand Draft, from any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank. The application fee Demand Draft is the thing you need to focus on.
Application Procedure:
The Association of Student Welfare Council which's the ASWC says that people who want to apply have to do it offline. So the ASWC wants candidates to follow these steps:
Filling up Application: When you are filling the application you need to use the Standard Form of Application that is found in the Assam Gazette Part-IX. This form will ask you for lots of information about yourself. You have to give your name, address, where you were born. What country you are a citizen of.
Submission Method: To send in your application you need to fill it out and then send it by Speed Post or you can also submit it by hand. The application should be filled out properly. You can use Speed Post to send the application. You can submit the application by hand.
