Education Qualification: To apply for this job you need to have finished Class VIII and have a driving licence. If you have a Post Graduate Degree or something higher you cannot apply for this position. We are looking for someone with a Class VIII qualification and a valid driving licence.
Selecting Process: Driving/skill test and viva voice
Age Limit: To apply for this you must be least 18 years old and not older than 40 years old. If you are older, than 40 you might still be able to apply because of these rules. The important date to remember for your age is January 1 2025 which's the date the government will use to determine if you are eligible or not. The age limit rules will be relaxed according to the government order.
Salary: Rs.15,000/- per month (fixed)
Terms and Conditions:
1. The candidate should know the language that is used in the State of Assam because it is the language of the State of Assam.
2. The candidate must be not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2025.
3. To apply for this job the candidate must have a Light Motor Vehicle Driving License. This Light Motor Vehicle Driving License should be given by a government office or someone who has the power to issue it. The Light Motor Vehicle Driving License is really important, for this position.
4. The candidate needs to have driven for least 3 years to be considered for the job. They should have a lot of experience in driving. The driving experience is very important. It should be at least 3 years.
5. They will not give individual call letters to the candidates for the job. The officials will put all the updates and notifications on the website of Baksa district court which is https://baksa.dcourts.gov.in.
6. You should not send many letters or messages to the office. This is because the office might not consider your application if you do that. The office does not like correspondence so it is best to avoid it to keep your candidature safe. The candidature is very important. You do not want it to be rejected.
7. If you do not fill out the application form completely it will not be accepted. This means you need to make sure you have a photograph your signature and all the necessary documents with the application. If anything is missing the incomplete application forms will be rejected away. The application forms for something, like this need to have everything or they will not be considered so you should double check your application forms to make sure you have everything you need including the photograph, the signature and the required documents.
8. If you are already working for the government you need to send in your application the way and you have to get a No Objection Certificate. This certificate is very important when you are applying for a job and you are already in government service. You must get this No Objection Certificate. Submit it with your application. The government people want to make sure that everything is okay, with your job before they consider you for a new position so you have to follow the proper channel and get the No Objection Certificate from your current employer.
9. If the people checking the application find any information it will mean the person who applied will not be considered for the job anymore. This will happen away and the person will not get any warning. If someone is already working and it is found out that they gave information when they applied they will be let go from their job without any notice.
10. They will put the list of shortlisted candidates on the website. The date of the Skill Test or the Driving Test will be there too. This way people can see the list of shortlisted candidates, for the Skill Test or the Driving Test. They can also find out when the Skill Test or the Driving Test is going to happen.
11. The people who are shortlisted for the job have to take a Skill Test or a Driving Test. If they do well on the Skill Test or the Driving Test they will be asked to come in for document verification and a viva-voce or an interview, with the Skill Test or Driving Test results being considered for the document verification and the viva-voce or the interview.
12. They will put all the details, including the final results, on the official website which is https://baksa.dcourts.gov.in.
13. The last date of receipt of applications is 15-11-2025 by 4:30 P.M.
14. The tentative date for the Skill/Driving Test is 30-11-2025.
15. Canvassing in any form, directly or indirectly, shall lead to disqualification.
16. If you send in your application in any way, than what we said the Food Bank will not accept it and we will not talk to you about it. We only accept applications that are submitted the way. The Food Bank will reject applications that are not submitted correctly.
17. If a candidates name is on the list for the Skill or Driving Test it does not mean they will definitely get the job. The Skill or Driving Test is one part of the process and being on the list for the Skill or Driving Test is not a guarantee that the candidate will be appointed to the position. The candidate still has to go through the rest of the process, for the Skill or Driving Test.
18. If it is discovered that a candidate has given information or does not meet the requirements after they have been selected then the service of the candidate will be terminated right away without any warning. The candidates service with the company will be ended immediately if any false information is found about the candidate after the selection process is complete.
19. You will not get any money, for travel or food when you come for the Skill Test or the Driving Test or when you have to give an interview.
20. The candidate will be totally in charge of any errors they make when filling out the application form. The candidate has to make sure everything is correct on the application form because the candidate's the one who will be responsible, for any mistakes made by the candidate.
21. The applicant and their family members should not be getting any benefits, from the Orunudoi Scheme. The applicant and their family members must have chosen to leave the Orunudoi Scheme on their own by the time they are appointed or engaged. This is what the government says in its order number E.Comp.147229/367 dated 30-12-2024. The applicant and the Orunudoi Scheme are very important here so the applicant must make sure they and their family members are not part of the Orunudoi Scheme when they are appointed or engaged.
22. The Selection Board has the right to make changes to the advertisement or the rules, at any time. They can cancel it. Change the terms and conditions without telling anyone ahead of time. The Selection Board can do this whenever they want to.

We have a Drop Box at the office where they can put their application. They need to put it in the box by 15/11/2025 at 04:30 P.M.
