Samagra Shiksha, Assam has released an official notification inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of 1 Procurement Expert (Consultant) post on a contractual basis under Samagra Shiksha, Axom. The engagement will be purely temporary in nature, and the selected candidate will be initially appointed for 11 months only. No claim for permanent absorption in any government post shall be entertained in the future.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Engineering/Commerce Graduate OR Master’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (minimum 2 years duration) in any discipline from a Government-recognized university/institution.
Essential Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management in government. Proven experience in procurement bid documents, evaluation contracts, procurement preparation plans, preparing reports and managing processes. Thorough knowledge of procurement through GEM and Assam Tenders, including the ability to upload bids. Knowledge of GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, Assam Public Procurement Rule 2020, CVC Guideline, eGEM.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 62 years
(as on 01.01.2025; the age will be calculated based on Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate only)
