Samagra Shiksha Assam has put out a notice. They want people to apply online for a job. The job is for a Procurement Expert. This person will work as a consultant. Engineering/Commerce Graduate OR Master’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (minimum 2 years duration) in any discipline from a Government-recognized university/institution.
Essential Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management in government. Proven experience in procurement bid documents, evaluation contracts, procurement preparation plans, preparing reports and managing processes. Thorough knowledge of procurement through GEM and Assam Tenders, including the ability to upload bids. Knowledge of GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, Assam Public Procurement Rule 2020, CVC Guideline, eGEM.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 62 years
As, on 01.01.2025 the age will be calculated based on the Matriculation or HSLC Admit Card or the Pass Certificate only.
