The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Sribhumi has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of Information Assistant posts in the District Emergency Operation Centre (DEOC). A total of 03 posts are to be filled on a purely temporary and contractual basis, subject to yearly renewal based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Remuneration: Rs. 16,140/- per month (fixed), subject to deduction of Professional Tax as per norms
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification & Experience (Any one): 1. Graduate with minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in Government/Semi-Government/Reputed Private organization, OR
2. HSSLC (10+2) with minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Call Centre involving receiving and processing calls and data management in Government/Semi-Government/Reputed Private organization.
Computer Skills:
Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Applications with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Internet Analytics, etc.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Bengali, Assamese, English, and Hindi (spoken and written). Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Bengali.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years as on 01-01-2026.
Selection Procedure:
• Shortlisting of 15 candidates on merit and eligibility• Interview and Computer Proficiency Test
