Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Minimum Class VIII passed
(ii) Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above are not eligible

Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 – 70,000 + GP Rs. 5,200 (PB-2)

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01-01-2025

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Assam Government rules.

Selection Procedure:

For Driver Post:
• Skill Test – 35 Marks
• Viva-Voce / Interview – 15 Marks

For Peon (MTS) Posts:
• Written Test (Objective Type) – 35 Marks
• Duration: 1 Hour
• Viva-Voce / Interview – 15 Marks

Final selection will be based on total 50 marks. The written test for MTS will be bilingual (English & Assamese).

• Age proof certificate
• Educational qualification certificate
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Signature

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates must submit their applications in the Standard Application Form (Assam Gazette Part IX) either by post or by dropping in the Drop Box kept at the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat (Third Floor).

The name of the post applied for must be clearly written in bold letters on the envelope. Applications submitted through any other mode will be rejected.
