Pay Scale: ₹12,000/- to ₹52,000/- per month
Grade Pay: ₹3,900/-
In addition to the basic pay and grade pay, the selected candidate will also be entitled to other allowances as admissible under the prevailing rules of the Government of Assam.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VII (7th standard) pass. Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall not be eligible to apply for the post.
Applicants possessing higher qualifications beyond the prescribed limit will be disqualified.
Age Limit (As on 01-01-2026):
Minimum Age: 18 yearsMaximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
Upper age limit relaxation will be applicable as per Government norms:SC / ST candidates: 5 years
OBC / MOBC candidates: 3 years
Age will be calculated strictly as on 01 January 2026.
Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for appointment, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:1. The candidate must be an Indian citizen, as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2. The candidate must possess the required educational qualification and fulfill the age criteria.
3. Candidates without relevant qualification and experience need not apply.
Preference Clause:
Preference will be given to candidates who have been working in the Industrial Tribunal establishment for a long period as:
Wage workers,
Casual workers,
Contingent workers,
