3. Educational Qualification
A. For Development Assistant:(i) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(ii) Relaxation: Pass class is sufficient for SC/ST/PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
(iii) Must possess knowledge of word processing on a Personal Computer (PC).
B. For Development Assistant (Hindi):
(i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD/EXS). OR Bachelor's Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD/EXS).
(ii) Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
(iii) Must possess knowledge of word processing on a Personal Computer (PC).
Salary:
Selected candidates will receive a handsome remuneration package.Basic Pay: Rs. 23,100/- per month.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20,700 - 55,700 (spanning 20 years).
Gross Emoluments: Approximately Rs. 46,500/- per month initially.
Allowances: Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance, etc.
