The Directorate of Museums Assam has come out with a notice for a Walk-in Interview for the year 2026. They are looking for people who have experience to work with them on a contract. The Directorate of Museums Assam is looking for a Project Architect. If you are interested in the Project Architect position and you have the qualifications you can go to the interview on the day it is scheduled. You should bring all the papers with you to the interview for the Project Architect position, at the Directorate of Museums, Assam.
The job will last for 7 months at first. This can be extended if the work is good and the department needs it. The engagement will be, for 7 months to start with. It may be extended further if the performance is satisfactory and the department requires it.

Duration of Contract: 7 months from the date of joining (extendable)
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand only)
Type of Pay: Fixed consolidated amount (no additional allowances)
Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized and reputed university or institution.
2. Minimum 65% marks in the qualifying degree.
3. Valid COA (Council of Architecture) Registration is mandatory
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 38 years
The age of the person will be calculated based on the date when they have their interview. This means that the age of the person will be determined by how old they're, on the day of the interview.
Work Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of architecture
2. If you have experience in designing museums or public buildings that is a plus. It will really help your application. Having experience, in designing museums or public buildings is definitely going to give you an edge.

Reporting Time: 10:00 A.M. onwards
