Bhattadev University, Bajali, Pathsala, Assam has released two official recruitment notifications inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for several non-teaching posts. The vacancies include Junior Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Office Assistant (MTS), Librarian, Assistant Librarian, and Finance Officer.

Educational Qualification:
1. Junior Assistant:
(a) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
(b) Minimum 1-year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
2. Accounts Assistant:
(a) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
(b) Minimum 1-year Diploma in Computer Application.
3. Office Assistant (MTS):
(a) Minimum HSLC (Class 10) pass from a recognized board.
(b) The maximum qualification allowed is HSSLC (Class 12).
(c) Candidates with higher qualifications will not be eligible.
4. Librarian:
(a) Qualification and experience as per UGC Regulations 2018 for appointment of academic staff in universities.
5. Assistant Librarian:
(a) Qualification and experience as per UGC Regulations 2018.
6. Finance Officer:
(a) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
(b) Minimum 8 years experience in Finance & Accounts in a University / Government organization / PSU / Research organization.
Desirable Skills:
(a) Professional degree or diploma in management or related field.
(b) Knowledge of Tally or accounting software.
(c) Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
Age Limit:
For Junior Assistant, Accounts Assistant and Office Assistant:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC/MOBC: 3 years
Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
PwD: 10 years

General Candidates: ₹3000
SC/ST Candidates: ₹1500
2. For Finance Officer:
General Candidates: ₹2000
SC/ST Candidates: ₹1000
3. For Junior Assistant, Accounts Assistant & Office Assistant (MTS):

Mode of Payment: The application fee must be paid online through the payment gateway available in the Samarth application portal. Candidates must attach the proof of payment while submitting the hard copy of the application form.
