Educational Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
(i) Graduation in any discipline
(ii) Basic knowledge of computer operations and word processing
(iii) Good typing speed
(iv) Ability to take dictation and prepare court files
(v) Knowledge of file maintenance and processing
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules
Work Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
(i) Maintain records of legal aid cases
(ii) Upload case progress on NALSA portal
(iii) Maintain files with proper indexing
(iv) Type petitions, applications, and appeals
(v) Handle ministerial court-related tasks
(vi) Perform duties of data entry and receptionist
(vii) Any additional work assigned by Legal Services Authority
Selection Process:
(i) Walk-in Interview
(ii) Computer Skill Test
Tenure: Initially for 1 year (contractual basis)
