The District Legal Services Authority Golaghat has released an official notification for recruitment. This recruitment is being conducted for engagement in the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System (LADCS) on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview scheduled for 30th April 2026.

Monthly Salary: ₹18,000/- (Fixed Pay)
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
(i) Must be a Graduate in any discipline
(ii) Should have basic computer knowledge
Must have:
• Word processing skills
• Data entry ability
• Good typing speed
• Ability to prepare legal documents and files
• Skills to take dictation
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules
Selection Process:
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
1. Walk-in Interview
2. Computer Skill Test (for shortlisted candidates, same day)

Date: 30th April 2026
Time: 3:00 PM
Registration Time: 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM (No entry after 2 PM)
Venue: Office of DLSA, Golaghat (1st Floor, District Judicial Courts & Offices)

Candidates must bring self-attested copies of:
(i) Standard Form (Assam Gazette Part IX)
(ii) HSLC Admit Card (Age Proof)
(iii) Educational Qualification Certificates
(iv) Computer Certificate
(v) Higher Education Certificates (if any)
(vi) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
(vii) Experience Certificate (if applicable)
(viii) 2 Passport Size Photographs
Important Instructions:
(i) Candidates must be Indian citizens as per constitutional provisions
(ii) Government employees must apply through proper channel
(iii) No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
(iv) Providing false information will lead to disqualification and legal action
(v) Canvassing in any form will result in rejection
(vi) Final results will be published on the official district judiciary website
