The Office of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) cum ADR Centre, Nalbari has released an official notification inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of Driver (Contractual) post. Educational Qualification:
(i) Candidates must have passed minimum Class VIII.
(ii) Applicants with HSSLC (12th) or higher qualification are NOT eligible.
Other Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Must possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.
(ii) Preference may be given to candidates with relevant experience.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 01 January 2026)
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process:
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
1. Driving Skill Test – 30 marks
2. Personal Interview – 40 marks
Final merit list will be prepared based on total marks obtained in both stages.

Candidates need to apply in Standard Form (Assam Gazette Part IX) along with self-attested copies of the following documents:
• Age proof certificate
• Educational qualification certificates
• Valid LMV Driving Licence
• Employment Registration Certificate
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Identity proof and address proof
• 02 recent passport size photographs
