Specialization: Marketing and Finance with a strong background in Mathematics and Statistics.
Salary: Fixed remuneration of ₹80,000 per month. No other allowances will be admissible.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
(ii) Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM with First Class or equivalent.
(iii) Minimum 2 years of professional experience after obtaining the Master's Degree.
Desirable: Candidates possessing a Ph.D. will be given preference.
Selection Process:
(i) Applications will be shortlisted based on the Academic Score prescribed under UGC Regulations, 2018 (Appendix II, Table 3A).
(ii) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
(iii) Final selection will be based solely on performance in the personal interview.
(iv) In case of a large number of applications, further shortlisting will be done based on academic qualifications and experience.
