Education Qualifications: Class VIII pass or read up to Class XII.
Eligibility Criteria:
(a) Candidates must have passed Class VIII or read up to Class XII. Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the post.
(b) The applicant must have a valid Professional/Transport Driving License issued by competent Authority.
Salary: Rs. 15000/- per month
Terms and Conditions:
1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2. Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the Registration is to be valid as on date of submission of applications.
3. Candidates serving in Government Department should submit their application through proper channel.
4. Candidates must have passed Class VIII or read up to Class XII. Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post.
5. If any candidate is found to have suppressed his/her educational qualifications or given wrong information, at the time of applying for job or later on his/her candidature shall stand rejected without any information to him/her with immediate effect and shall also be liable to Criminal Prosecution as per Law.
6. The application with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, Experience Certificate (wherever applicable) and Driving License along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs should reach the Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Jorhat.
7. The applicant must have a valid Professional/Transport Driving License issued by competent Authority.
8. The applicants shall mention their Mobile Numbers in the application form without fail.
9. The last date of receipt of application is 10/11/2025. No application will be entertained after the last date. The appointing authority shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any postal delay.
10. The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for skill test, followed by viva-voce.
11. The list of eligible candidates along with specific dates of interview shall be uploaded in the Official website of Jorhat District Judiciary in due course (http://jorhat.dcourts.gov.in). No separate call letters will be issued. Applicants are requested to refer to the official website.
12. The final selection will be made on the basis of the total marks obtained by candidates in skill/driving test and Interview/Viva-voce only.
13. The Driving/Skill test will be on the segment namely, Starting, Driving and Parking (10 marks for each segment, total 30 marks) followed by Viva-Voce of 20 Marks.
14. Interview Centre: Jorhat (Date & Venues will be informed in the Official Website).
15. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible to the candidates for attending the skill test, Interview process.
16. Application received late or without proper supporting documents or unsigned or incomplete will be summarily rejected.
17. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
18. The application should be addressed to the District and Sessions Judge, Jorhat.
