The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, Assam, through its Research and Development Section, has released an official notification for recruitment of Project Staff under the project titled “VIDYA: An initiative to ignite innovation among school students for VIKSHIT BHARAT” in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
A total of 02 contractual posts are to be filled for a short-term project duration. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to attend an Online Interview. This is a Central Government Institute Project Job.

Name of Post: Associate Project Scientist

No. of Posts: 01

Salary: ₹35,000/- per month

HRA: 20%

Medical Facility: Yes

Duration: 06 months

Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s Degree in Science / Humanities
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Humanities with minimum 4 years of experience.

2nd Post

Name of Post: Assistant Project Engineer

No. of Posts: 01

Salary: ₹28,500/- per month

HRA: 18%

Medical Facility: Yes

Duration: 06 months

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Design.

Selection Procedure:

(i) Online Interview only

(ii) Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualification and experience

(iii) Final selection will be based on interview performance

(iv) No separate call letter will be issued
