Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification required is Class VIII (8th standard) pass. Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall be considered ineligible to apply for the post.
Preference Criteria:
Although the minimum educational qualification is Class VIII, preference may be given to candidates who possess special practical skills, such as:
Plumbing,
Electrical work,
Driving
Such skills may be considered an additional advantage during the selection process.
Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for applying, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
1. The candidate must be a citizen of India, as defined under Articles 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India.
2. The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VIII and must not have passed HSSLC or above.

Age Relaxation:
Upper age limit relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Assam rules:
