The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam, has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Technical Assistants on a purely contractual basis. Position Details:
Name of Post: Technical Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 03 (Three)
Monthly Emolument: Rs. 15,000.00 per month
Initial Period of Service: 11 (eleven) months
Extension: The contract may be renewed by the Authority subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements to participate in the interview process:Educational Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Technical Skills: Must have a certificate in Computer Application. Must possess Desk Top Publishing (DTP) skills in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
Terms and Conditions of Engagement:
Nature of Employment: The engagement is completely on a temporary basis and does not constitute a regular job or appointment of any nature in the future.Working Hours: The working hours will align with regular office hours. However, the engaged person may be required to work beyond office hours based on the exigencies of work.
No Extra Benefits: No additional financial benefits or allowances will be provided for working beyond standard office hours.
Work Requirements: Candidates must be willing to complete assigned tasks within specified timelines. Work assignments will be distributed based on the requirements of the council.
Confidentiality: The selected candidates must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all official matters during and after their period of engagement.
Disqualification: Concealing facts or attempting to canvass in any form will lead to immediate disqualification or termination of candidature.
Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in-interview.
