Essential Qualification:
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
• Computer Science / Computer Applications
• Information Technology
• Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation
• Engineering or Technology
• Any relevant discipline with strong exposure to web technologies
OR
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with recognized certification or diploma in Web Development / Software Development / Information Technology.
Essential Experience:
Applicants must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:
• Website development or maintenance
• Working with Content Management System (CMS) based websites
Desirable Skills:
• Experience managing academic or institutional websites
• Knowledge of multi-site website structures
• Familiarity with accessibility or compliance-based platforms
• Experience documenting workflows and governance standards
Key Responsibilities:
The Web Developer will be responsible for:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining the university’s central website and related sub-sites
• Implementing visual identity standards such as layout, typography, and accessibility features
• Developing website themes and templates aligned with institutional branding
• Managing CMS systems and reusable page layouts
• Maintaining plugins, extensions, security updates, and performance optimization
• Supporting departmental website integration under a unified framework
• Providing technical guidance to university staff
• Maintaining documentation related to website architecture and standards.
2. Digital Operations Assistant:
Essential Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following areas:
• Office or clerical assistance
• Data entry or documentation work
• Computer-based office support using documents, spreadsheets, or online systems
Desirable Skills:
• Experience assisting academic or administrative offices
• Exposure to website support work
• Experience managing reports, rankings data, or accreditation documentation
Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Operations Assistant will:
• Upload and update content on the university website
• Publish notices, circulars, and news items online
• Prepare images for web publishing (resize, crop, formatting)
• Maintain consistency in formatting and content placement
• Coordinate with departments to collect and update information
• Maintain records of website updates
• Assist with data preparation for rankings, accreditation, and quality assurance submissions.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 45 years of age as on the last date of application submission.
Selection Process:
The selection procedure may include the following stages:

• Preparing images and uploading documents
• Spreadsheet data entry and formatting
