The District Legal Services Authority Bongaigaon has released an official recruitment notification for the engagement of Driver and Office Peon posts on a contractual basis under the establishment of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Bongaigaon and Legal Aid Defense Counsel System.

Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month

Name of Post: Office Peon
Number of Post: 01
Salary: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Educational Qualification:
(i) Driver:
• HSLC passed.
• Must possess a valid professional driving license.
(ii) Office Peon:
• Minimum qualification: Class VIII passed.
• Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary (HS) or above are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age will be calculated as on the date of advertisement. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.
Other Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Candidates must be Indian citizens as defined under Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
(ii) Applicants must have knowledge of Assamese language.
(iii) Candidates must be registered in the Employment Exchange of Assam.
(iv) Government employees must submit NOC from their employer.
Driver Post Additional Requirement:
Candidates must possess a valid professional LMV/Four-Wheeler driving license for at least the last 3 years.
Selection Process:
Driver:
Skill Test / Driving Test – 50%
Viva-Voce – 50%
Office Peon:
Viva-Voce – 100%
