The District Legal Services Authority, Dhubri has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of 1 Driver post on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications on or before 30 May 2026.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
(i) Minimum educational qualification is Class VIII passed.
(ii) Candidate must possess a valid LMV Driving License issued by the competent authority.
(iii) Candidate must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number of Assam.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories.
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of:
Stage 1: Driving Skill Test
Eligible candidates will have to appear in a Driving Skill Test.
Stage 2: Interview / Viva-Voce
Candidates qualified in the Driving Skill Test will be called for Interview/Viva-Voce.
Required Documents:
Applicants must submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
• Educational qualification certificates
• Valid Driving License
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Age proof
• Employment Exchange Registration Card
• NOC from employer (where applicable)
• Three recent passport size photographs signed on the reverse side
Important Terms & Conditions:
(i) The engagement is purely contractual in nature and may be terminated at any time.
(ii) Candidates must be Indian citizens as per the Constitution of India.
(iii) Candidates must provide their contact/mobile number in the application form.
(iv) Incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents will be rejected.
(v) No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Skill Test or Viva-Voce.
(vi) Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to disqualification.
(vii) The authority reserves the right to alter or modify any terms and conditions of the recruitment process.
