The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Darrang, Mangaldai has released an official recruitment notification for the engagement of 1 Driver (Contractual) for a Multi-Utility Vehicle. The appointment will be purely temporary and contractual with a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹15,000. Educational Qualification:
(i)Minimum Class VIII Passed.
(ii) Must possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India.
(ii) Must be an ordinary resident of Assam.
(iii) Age should be 18 to 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
(iv) Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Assam rules.
(v) Candidates with driving experience may submit experience certificates, if available.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of:
1. Driving Skill Test – 40 Marks
2. Interview – 60 Marks

(iv) Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card
(v) Valid LMV Driving Licence
