Age Limit: The candidate must be 30 years or above on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th Standard (HSLC) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/Institution.
Other Eligibility Conditions:
(i) Must be a permanent resident of the concerned revenue village.
(ii) Must own land/property in the same village.
(iii) Candidate should have a good reputation and influence among the local people.
(iv) Must not have been declared insolvent or mentally unsound by any court.
(v) Must not have been convicted in any criminal case involving moral turpitude.
(vi) Government employees are not eligible to apply.
(vii) The applicant should not be a member of any political party.
