1. Assistant (Project)
No. of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹42,480/- per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University with at least 50% marks.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in Central/State Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies or Private Organizations in HRD, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Establishment or relevant fields. Candidates having knowledge of Government rules, procedures and computer applications will be preferred.
Maximum Age: 33 years (Relaxable by 5 years for in-service TMC candidates)
2. Upper Division Clerk (Project)
No. of Posts: 10
Salary: ₹30,600/- per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least 50% marks from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HRD, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Establishment or relevant fields in Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies or Private Organizations. Knowledge of Government procedures and computer applications is desirable.
Maximum Age: 27 years (Relaxable by 5 years for in-service TMC candidates)
3. Lower Division Clerk (Project)
No. of Posts: 10
Salary: ₹23,880/- per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University along with a 6-month or 1-year Diploma in Computer Application.
Desirable Experience: Experience in HRD, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Establishment or related fields.
Maximum Age: 26 years (Relaxable by 5 years for in-service TMC candidates)
4. Technician 'C' (Transfusion Medicine) (Project)
No. of Posts: 02
Salary: ₹30,600/- per month (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 in Science with a 6-month Certificate Course or 1-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Maximum Age: 29 years (Relaxable by 5 years for in-service TMC candidates)
Duration of Appointment: The appointment is purely contractual for 6 months. It may be extended based on the candidate's performance and project requirements. The appointment does not provide any claim for permanent employment at BBCI or Tata Memorial Centre.
Selection Process:
The mode of selection may include:
• Written Examination
• Skill Test
• Interview
For Posts 1 to 3, candidates may have to appear in a 100-mark MCQ Written Examination, Skill Test and/or Interview. Questions will cover the relevant specialization, general knowledge, numerical aptitude and current affairs.
For Technician 'C', selection will primarily be through an Interview, depending on the number of shortlisted candidates.
