The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has released a Situation Vacant notification inviting applications for 11 temporary contractual posts under the PM eVidya DTH TV Channels Project. The engagement will be purely temporary for 8 months or till the end of the project, whichever is earlier.
Interested and eligible candidates can submit the prescribed application form along with supporting documents via email on or before 7 August 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Skill Test/Interview.

Vacancy Details:
1. Programme Manager
No. of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹60,000 per month
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
Qualification:
(i) Post Graduate in Management.
(ii) Total 7 years of experience.
(iii) Preference for candidates having at least 5 years' experience in educational projects.
(iv) Experience in data handling, analysis and report writing.
(v) Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software.
2. Academic Consultant
No. of Posts: 04 (Science/Mathematics – 1, Language (English/Assamese) – 1, Social Science – 1 and Bodo – 1)
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
Qualification:
(i) Post Graduate in the relevant subject.
(ii) Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
Desirable:
(i) Experience in educational e-content creation.
(ii) Experience in creating at least 5 educational e-contents during the last one year.
(iii) Knowledge of MS Office, report writing and data analysis.
3. Video Editor
No. of Posts: 03
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years
Qualification:
(i) Graduate in Graphics/Animation/Video Editing/Media Production and Management. OR Graduate in any discipline with a one-year Diploma in the relevant field.
(ii) Minimum 2 years' experience in video editing, animation or video production.
4. Camera Person
No. of Posts: 02
Salary: ₹42,000 per month
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years
Qualification:
(i) Graduate in any discipline.
(ii) Diploma/Certificate in Videography, Cinematography or Film Production.
Experience: Minimum 2 years practical experience in video shooting, camera handling, film production and knowledge of studio equipment.
5. Data Analyst-cum-Account Assistant
No. of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Age Limit: Not more than 38 years
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or other related subjects dealing with financial management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts handling.
Desirable: Knowledge of Government financial rules, PFMS, financial management software, MS Office and data analysis.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Skill Test and/or Interview. The schedule will be published later on the official SCERT Assam website. No individual communication will be sent to candidates.
