The Office of the Foreigners Tribunal, Dima Hasao District, Haflong, has released an official recruitment advertisement for the engagement of Data Entry Operator on a purely contractual basis. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications and appear for the Walk-in Interview/selection process.

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) examination passed in any stream.
Computer Qualification: Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
Computer Knowledge: Candidates must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 1 January 2026 and not more than 40 years on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Candidates applying for the Data Entry Operator post must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream. In addition, the candidate must possess a minimum six-month Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute and have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools.
(ii) The candidate must be at least 18 years of age as on 1 January 2026 and must not be more than 40 years of age on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age relaxation will be applicable according to Government norms.

Candidates are required to submit their application in the standard form published in Assam Gazette Part-IX, written in block letters, along with self-attested copies of the required testimonials.

• Experience certificate, if any
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Signature

• Valid email ID
Candidates must also produce their original testimonials relating to age, educational qualification, caste, Employment Registration Certificate and experience certificate, if any, at the time of the interview.

Eligible candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed standard form published in Assam Gazette Part-IX.
The application must be submitted at the office of the undersigned on official working days during office hours. The completed application, along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents, must reach the office on or before 31 August 2026 by 2:00 PM.

Selection Process:
(i) The selection process will involve a Walk-in Interview. Candidates selected for interview for the post of Data Entry Operator will also have to appear in a Computer Skill Test.
(ii) No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates. The list of candidates selected for the walk-in interview will be displayed on the Office Notice Board of the Office of Foreigners’ Tribunal, Haflong, Dima Hasao on 3 September 2026 by 4:00 PM, along with the date of the interview.
(iii) Candidates should regularly check the office notice board for further information.
Important Instructions:
