Silchar Medical College and Hospital, Silchar has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Pharmacist on a purely contractual basis. A total of 4 Pharmacist vacancies are available under the Hospital Management Society.
Interested candidates who fulfill the required eligibility criteria can apply in the prescribed application format and appear for the interview on the scheduled date. Candidates are required to submit their resume along with the mandatory essential qualification documents at the time of interview.

Age Limit: Not more than 40 years
Educational Qualification:
Candidates applying for the Pharmacist post must possess either of the following qualifications:
(i) 12th Pass with Science subject and Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution/Board.
(ii) Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualification:
Candidates having the following additional qualifications/experience may be preferred:
1. Experience in dispensing and/or storage or dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital or institution, drug store, or pharmaceutical concern.
2. Computer Certificate from a recognized institution.
Salary:
Selected candidates will receive remuneration according to their pharmacy qualification:
D.Pharma: ₹8,000/- per month
B.Pharma: ₹10,000/- per month
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through an Interview.
Eligible candidates are required to attend the interview at their own cost. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
