The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur has invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up 01 (One) post of Peon (Grade IV) in the establishment of the District and Sessions Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur. The post carries a regular Pay Band and Grade Pay along with other allowances as admissible under the Government of Assam rules.

Eligibility Criteria:
Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: Applicants must have registered their names with the Employment Exchange of Assam. The valid Employment Exchange Registration Number and date must be clearly mentioned in the application form.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Calculation Date: 01 January 2026
The upper age limit is relaxable as per applicable Government norms.

• Educational Qualification certificate
• Proof of Age
• Caste certificate, wherever applicable

• 3 recent passport-size photographs, duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side

Selection Process:
(i) Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an Interview/Viva-Voce. The date, venue and other details of the interview will be intimated/uploaded later.
