Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a Government of India Enterprise, has released a detailed advertisement for the recruitment of Non-Executive Posts. A total of 21 regular vacancies are available across different disciplines, including Chemical, Civil, Human Resources, Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical. In addition, 3 posts are reserved for PwBD candidates under trainee positions.

Important Qualification Conditions:
The cut-off date for determining age and post-qualification experience is 09 October 2026. Qualifications must be from recognized institutions as specified in the advertisement. Technical diplomas should be recognized by the respective State Board of Technical Education, while ITI/NAC qualifications should be recognized by SCTVT/NCTVT.
The required post-qualification experience must have been acquired after passing the respective qualifying course. Industrial, vocational or apprentice training that forms part of a course under the Apprentices Act and similar statutory Acts will not be counted as work experience.
Age Relaxation:
The advertisement provides age relaxation as follows:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD-General/EWS: 10 years
PwBD-OBC (NCL): 13 years
PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years

Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC (NCL) categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/-.
The fee must be paid online through the payment gateway provided with the application. No other payment mode will be accepted. Transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the candidate.
SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee, subject to submission of the applicable certificate in the prescribed manner.

Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility requirements. Candidates should have:

Selection Process:
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria based on the information provided in their online application will be considered for the further selection process.
Depending on the number of eligible candidates, BCPL may conduct a single-stage or multiple-stage selection process. If applications are received in large numbers, BCPL may shortlist candidates by suitably raising the minimum eligibility standards.
The selection process may consist of:

• Proficiency Test
• Endurance Test
• Written Test
The exact selection process will be communicated to eligible candidates before commencement of the process. The selection process may also vary according to the administrative/business requirements of BCPL and Government of India directives.
Important Instructions:
(i) Candidates must provide complete, accurate and correct information in the online application. Providing false or incorrect information may result in disqualification or rejection of candidature.
(ii) Only shortlisted candidates who are found apparently eligible based on their application and documents will be called for further selection. The category selected in the online application cannot subsequently be changed.
(iii) PwBD candidates must have at least 40% of the relevant disability to claim applicable reservation/concessions and must produce the prescribed disability certificate from the competent authority.
(iv) OBC (NCL) candidates must produce the latest prescribed caste certificate, preferably issued within one year, and the caste/community must appear in the Central List of Other Backward Classes. EWS candidates must produce a valid Income and Asset Certificate in the prescribed format.
(v) BCPL reserves the right to raise eligibility standards, fill or not fill any or all positions, and modify, restrict, enlarge or cancel the recruitment/selection process without assigning reasons.
