OIL is inviting eligible candidates who are domiciles of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh for 2 contractual Graduate Teacher positions—one in Fine Arts and one in Physical Education. The engagement is purely temporary and candidates will be selected through a Walk-in Personal Assessment.
1st Post: Contractual Graduate Teacher (Fine Arts)

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through a Walk-in Personal Assessment of 100 marks.
The qualifying/pass mark is 50 marks for all categories.
Candidates will be assessed on parameters including:

• Professional knowledge and skills in allied disciplines
• Personal attributes
• Soft skills
Final selection will be made strictly on merit, based on the marks obtained in the Walk-in Personal Assessment, provided the candidate secures at least 50 marks.

Contract Period:
The engagement is purely contractual.
Initial contract period: 1 year
Possible extension: Another 1 year, depending on departmental requirements, job performance, conduct and physical fitness.
Maximum contract period: 2 years.
The contractual engagement does not confer any right or claim for regular employment or regularisation in Oil India Limited.

Candidates without the required original documents/certificates/testimonials will not be allowed to appear for the Personal Assessment.
